 Prototypes
We can create a true to life bottle or closure using anything from a
drawing on a napkin to a professional technical drawing. The materials
available include PET, PVC, HDPE plastics, foam, or wood. Our plastic models
can be clear, tinted, or opaque. We color match to your target-- including
pearlescent or metallic. We also simulate all types of finish surfaces. We'll
provide bottles with threads for your closure or create a closure that's
compatible with your bottle. Our plastic bottles can be filled with product
for consumer testing or capacity displacement to insure proper size
representation. With our prototype service, you can have a true to life
sample of your finished package without the costly set-up, tooling, and mold
charges of a full production run.
Sales Samples
You’ve spent time and money on a new package change or idea. Now you’re ready to introduce it to the trade. You need awesome samples that will WOW the buyer and expedite your product to the shelf. With our endless list of capabilities, we can provide your samples
turn-key. Once you sell your product into the trade, we can move to the next
step and package your product for mass distribution.
Color Matching
We can color match from a plastic color chip or other items you provide. Our color matching service primarily compliments our sales sample and prototype services. We can provide a proof for your approval before delivery. Pearlescent and metallic colors are no problem.
Liquid Filling
Our non-flammable filling capabilities range from 1/3 ounce to 1 gallon. From water to cream viscosities we are capable of filling a complete range of household and personal care products. We house a clean room for liquid filling and our strict quality assurance program includes complete microbial testing of products susceptible to contamination.
Flexible Packaging
We are masters of flexible packaging including tissues, toilet tissue,
paper towels, and other packages requiring poly. We can provide printed poly
or use yours. If you submit your product, we'd be happy to provide a
packaged sample at no charge.
Cartons & Displays
Whether it's a chipboard shelf display, plastic display, or a large
floor stand, we can meet your printing and design challenges. We will work with you to create a prototype that fits your product and brings it to life. Once we have the design selected, we can provide your displays and pack
your product for distribution.
Labels
Give us your artwork and we’ll provide labels that will exceed your expectations. Materials and printing techniques are endless and include metallics,
foils, and embossing.
